Vertical Cartridge Filters Designed to improve Air Flow, Transfer Efficiency, and Coating

Powder Module

Re-circulates clean filtered air. Includes; 5 HP direct drive blower 208 230/460V 60hz 3P. High performance non-sparking 20'' fan for quiet operation. Six high efficiency primary cartridge filters. Air solenoid valves. Four final filters.

Reverse Pulse Cleaning

Eliminates downtime for filter cleaning. The control panel features a Photohelic® pressure gauge that monitors pressure drops and initiates the high velocity of air that is automatically injected into each filter on a sequential basis.

Booth Construction TOP OF PAGE

Self-supporting, 18-gauge galvanized steel panels. Panels are precision-flanged for a smooth interior and pre-punched for easy, accurate assembly.

Powder Booth System Includes:

	*Powder Module is Factory Assembled.*
	*Heavy-Duty 18-Gauge Galvanized Panels.*
	*Steel Interior Floor for Easy Cleanup.*
	*On & off switch with timer board for filter pulsating.*
	*3-Pin 115-volt solid-state timer board, factory adjusted at 100 milliseconds on time; and a 10 second duration off time between pulses.*
	*Fluorescent 4-tube light fixtures.*
	Optional - Deluxe Control Panel includes: Motor starters, circuit protection, transformer, pulse cleaning sequential controls, Photohelic gauge, start and stop buttons, disconnect switch, indicator lights, and NEMA 12 enclosure.
	*Conveyor Openings are Optional . Custom Front Booth Panel Depending on Product Size will be Required to Control Airflow.*
	*Side Mounted Modules are Designed for Booth Walk-In Powder Applications . Improves Transfer Efficiency.*
