Open Face Paint Booths

General

   AEI is a supplier of open face paint booths and equipment dedicated to providing only the best in spray booth equipment. We can custom design a system for your unique requirements or provide a standard product from a large offering of pre-engineered spray booths. We offer any size booth you require. Just let us know what size you need and we will provide it. Standard widths run from 4' Wide to 20' Wide.

    We offer complete turnkey systems including air handling and conveyor systems. Creative engineering and attention to detail will ensure that you get the right system and equipment for your application. We can provide a turnkey finishing system with your open face paint booth integrated into the entire finishing process, from blasting, to painting, to drying, to material movement systems like cranes and conveyors.

   These open face spray booths can be used for a variety of applications in addition to painting. They can be used a sanding booths, grinding booths, adhesive application booths, and more. We also offer air replacement systems to replace the air exhausted to the outside of your building. Some applications may allow for exhausting the air from the booth directly back into the building through a HEPA filter system.

Construction Features:
• Panels are fabricated from 18-gauge prime quality G-90 galvanized steel. Panels are fastened together with 5/16” nuts and bolts for maximum rigidity and ease of assembly. Holes are precision CNC punched on 6” centers, this leads to true panel alignment and rigidity over time compared to using sheet metal screws. It costs us more to CNC punch the holes but you will appreciate it as you assemble your booth and as time passes. Sheet metal screws tend to loosen over time, they also require using “C” clamps to attempt to align the panels. Pre-punched holes assure true panel alignment.

Lighting:
• Lighting is provided by 48” long, 4-tube, 32 watt, T-8, fluorescent type fixtures. All fixtures are ETL listed and approved for use in open face spray booths. Fixtures are supplied with dual ballasts to accept either 120V or 277V power. Ballasts carry a 5 year limited warranty.

Filtration:
• Exhaust air filters are fiberglass paint arrestor pads made specifically for the collection of paint over spray. These filters are UL rated as Class 2. A filter holding grid is provided for each filter cell. These open face paint booths are provided with one set of filters and one manometer.

Exhaust:
• Tube axial type duct fan(s) specifically designed and constructed for use in spray booths and similar applications is provided for exhaust. A precision balanced, fabricated, aluminum non-sparking fan blade moves the air through the fan. Bearings are permanently lubricated and mounted in rubber isolators for smooth operation. The motor, drive and bearings are isolated from the exhaust air stream.

Code Compliance:
• All open face paint booths are designed to meet or exceed the requirements and recommendations of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Standard Number 33, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) CFR 29.1910.107 covering the operation and construction of spray booths.

Warranty:
• AEI Paint Booths warrants to buyer that the equipment is to be free from defects of materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one year.
